ABOUT LOCAL RULES
Conduct and operations in the Butler County Probate Court are governed by the appropriate Rules of Superintendence for the Courts of Ohio, as adopted by the Ohio Supreme Court, as added to and modified by the Butler County Probate Court. These Local Rules are a composite of the Rules of Superintendence and modifications or additions made by this Court.
Definitions:
Rule 50 -- When the number of the rule is a whole number preceded by Rule then that rule is a Rule of Superintendence.
B.C.L.R. 50.1 If the rule number is blue, prefixed with B.C.L.R and has a decimal in it then that rule is a local addition to or modification of the Rule of Superintendence immediately preceding it.
